
International colloquium ‘Literature and Music’
Published on: September 20, 2014Between 5–6 September 2014, the twenty-ninth international literary festival Vilenica hosted the tenth international colloquium of the Slovenian Comparative Literature Association. The colloquium titled ‘Literature and Music: Junctions, Intersections, Misconceptions’ took place at the seat of the Slovene Writers Association and was organised by Marijan Dović, Andraž Jež and Gregor Pompe.
Papers were presented by Matjaž Barbo, Marijan Dović, Nikša Gligo, Mirjana Janakieva, Andraž Jež, Tatjana Marković, John Neubauer, Boris A. Novak, Irena Novak Popov, Gregor Pompe, Katarina Šter, and Radu Vancu. Abstracts of the papers are available in the colloquium brochure. The article-length versions of the papers will be published next year in a bilingual Slovenian-English issue of Primerjalna književnost, the journal of the Slovenian Comparative Literature Association.
